Researchers from the West Health Institute have four posters on display at the 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Geriatrics Society, representing our latest findings on how healthcare delivery and social services can be improved to enable seniors around the country to age successfully.

Covering issues like reducing 30-day return Emergency Department visits for seniors, advancing home and community-based services for seniors in home-based primary care, addressing the social needs of older homebound adults, and caring for the medical and dental needs of underserved seniors – these posters showcase the Institute’s successful aging research.

Please see below for the list of our research posters at this important conference, along with discussion times where you can meet the researchers who developed these posters.
