Join clinical leaders from the UC San Diego Health Jacobs Medical Center to discuss how implementation of the Geriatric Emergency Department (GED) model and associated builds within the electronic medical record (EMR) support effective screening for prevention or limitation of delirium and prevention of iatrogenic injury, including adverse drug events. This session will include a presentation and interactive discussion with opportunities to ask speakers questions for peer learning.
This session is designed for emergency department (ED) medical directors, ED physicians and clinical providers, ED nurses, ED nurse managers, ED pharmacists, ED case managers, ED social workers, other ED personnel, and hospital leaders.
